The Rest of March

The rest of March brought a lot of fun and adventure!

Kameron worked his first day as a nurse

We "celebrated" St. Patrick's Day with green pancakes, green church clothes and a fun afternoon filled with bike rides and a picnic at the park

The funnest event of all though, and Kameron would attest, was his lasik surgery!
Poor guy kind of had a tramatic experience! They took him back the 1st time, yes there was more than 1! And his eye moved when the laser started to cut, releasing the suction so they had to stop. They brought him out and came and got me and he said I'm going to have to come back in a month, I was like whatever! And he was like no for real, my eye moved and I have to wait a month for the cut just made to heal! But luckily the Doc came and looked at it and the laser had just barely started cutting so he thought they could proceed. So they took him back for the 2nd time, gave him extra numbing drops and thankfully successfully lasered his eyes!

We stayed in Boise since he had a follow-up the next morning, and he was supposed to sleep when he got done so he wouldn't feel the pain of the next 6 hours, which they say is the worst! But he didn't 😬 so he was awake through the worst post op part! 😔 But thankfully slept pretty good that night!

And we ended the month with a bang at the Children's Museum in Meridian for Spring Break!
